After i started yoga with you i have seen drastic change with my periods cramps and pain. Earlier I was soo dependent on painkillers i use to have 2-3 meds per day for atleast 3 days!!But now there is no need for medicines pain is very minimal,I can see this change continuously from past 3 cycles.Also i use to have a lot of bloating before periods literally my body swells up but no bloating after starting with yoga.
